Will I receive exactly the same product as I see in the picture?

All product images are real photographs of the items; however, there may be slight variations in colour or texture due to screen settings and lighting. We guarantee that the delivered product fully corresponds to the essential characteristics shown in the photograph.

Our products are carefully selected and photographed to represent their actual appearance as accurately as possible, enabling you to have a precise perception before purchasing.

Will you restock items marked as "out of stock"?

Out-of-stock items are regularly reassessed for restocking. We recommend subscribing to notifications for each product to receive an automatic alert when the item becomes available again.

If a product has consistent demand and remains out of stock for an extended period, our team will analyze the possibility of new procurement.

How can I return an item?

Return Procedure:

  • You can return items within 14 days of receipt
  • Item must be in original packaging, unused, and with tags
  • Contact our customer support service to initiate the process
  • Refund will be processed after product verification

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective product.
