Lemon Balm Tea
Ingredients: 100% Lemon balm in leaves (Melissa officinalis L.).
Properties: Soothing, cramping, stomach pains, bacteriostatic (antibiotic against bacteria).
Uses: Mainly in the form of tea, it is used as a tranquilizer in cases of insomnia and also as medication against dyspepsia, flu, chronic bronchitis, headaches, migraine, pains of rheumatic origin, to normalize gastrointestinal functions and, externally, in the treatment of viral manifestations.
Preparation mode:
- Water temperature: 100 degrees
- Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes (covered recipient).
- Preparation quantity: 1 tablespoon per litre.
