Daily Dose: Enjoy 2 cups a day, after or during meals, for a boost of well-being.
Preparation:
- Heat 250ml of water to 80-90°C.
- In a container, add 1 tablespoon of Clitoria ternatea flowers.
- Cover and leave to infuse for 5 minutes, releasing aroma and flavour.
- Strain and serve hot or cold, according to your preference.
