Ingredients: 100% Jasmine Flowers (Jasminum grandiflorum L.).
Properties: Jasmine flowers fight free radicals, helping to eliminate the bad cholesterol.
It also has calming, analgesic, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and digestive properties.
Water temperature: 100º
Infusion time: 3 – 5 minutes
Preparation mode: 1 teaspoon per cup / 2 tablespoon per litre.
Recommended dose: 2 to 3 cups a day.
Storage mode: Keep in a cool and dry place.
