Directions

• Use 1 tablespoon of Kukicha tea for 1 litre of water.
• Heat the water to 70ºC to 80ºC (do not boil).
• Add the tea, cover the container and leave to infuse for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Remove the leaves to avoid a bitter flavour.
• The leaves can be reused up to 2-3 times.
