Lavender Tea
Ingredients: 100% Lavender in flowers (Lavandula angustifolia).
Traditional Uses: The infused lavender of this plant results in an excellent relaxing, antispasmodic infusion in the fight of flatulence, phlegm, bad breath and headaches.
Preparation Mode: 1 Tablespoon for 1 liter of boiled water. It should remain covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended Dose: 3 cups during the day and 1 cup before bedtime.
Storage mode: Store in a cool, dry place and away from humidity.
Warnings: Not recommended for people with ulcers. May cause sleepiness.
