Nettle Tea

Nettle is a medicinal plant rich in vitamins and iron and can be used to aid the treatment of arthritis and rheumatism, for example, due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients: 100% Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica).

Traditional Uses: This medicinal plant is widely used as an anti-inflammatory, helping significantly in the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy. It is also used as a natural antihistamine.

Suitable for various situations, such as:

• Good for the treatment of rheumatism and arthritis
• Constipation (take 3x a day)
• Decreases the oil of the skin, avoiding the appearance of acne;
• Helps in the treatment of intellectual and physical fatigue;
• Prevents hair loss and fights dandruff;
• Makes nails stronger;
• Helps in the treatment of inflammation of the urinary tract;
• May help in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, but should be consumed in moderation;
• Promotes the release of sodium and urea in the urine due to its diuretic property.

Preparation mode: INFUSION for 5 to 10 minutes.

Dosage for 1 cup: 1 teaspoon.

Dosage for 1 litre: 2 tablespoons.

Recommended dose: 2 to 3 cups per day.

Warnings: Should be avoided by pregnant women or infants. Overuse can cause poor gastric or intestinal treatment.
