Ingredients: 100% Damiana in plant (Turnera diffusa, synonym Turnera Aphrodisiaca)

Properties: Damiana fights impotence and infertility; in ladies, it fights vaginal frigidity, by increasing the natural lubrication, and it also helps in the body balance during menopause.

Fights prostate infections and helps control cases of diarrhoea, headaches and stomach pains.

Preparation: You should add 2 tablespoons of tea in half a litre of boiled water for 15 minutes to get two strong cups of tea.

Recommended dose: You should drink 2 cups per day and for at least 15 to 30 days.

Contraindications: Damiana should be avoided by pregnant women, infants or people suffering from hypoglycaemia. The consumption of this plant should also not be excessively prolonged since its effects are accumulative and may cause irritable bowel syndrome or overload the liver.
