Chinese Marigold Tea
Ingredients: 100% Chinese Marigold, Plant (Centella Asiatica L.).
Also well known as centela, gotu kola, antanan, pegaga and brahmi.
Traditional Uses: Protector of blood vessels. Helps in cases of varicose veins and tired legs. Reduces cellulite.
Preparation mode: Place 2 to 3 tablespoons in 1 litre of freshly boiled water.
Recommended Daily Dose: 1 cup during morning fast and at 1 at the end of the main meals. Warnings: It should not be consumed by pregnant women or infants. People taking anti-coagulants should refrain from drinking Chinese Marigold tea.
