Description

Ingredients: 100% Chamomile in flower (Matricária Recutita).

Selected flowers from batches of superior quality and 100% prepared for infusion.

Properties: Calming, antidepressant, digestive, stomach pain, relieve of menstrual cramps and mild diarrhoea.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 3 – 5 minutes.

Dosage: 1 tablespoon per Litre.
