Ingredients: 100% Soursop/Graviola, leaves and stems (Annona muricata L.).
Soursop (Annona muricata L.) is used in medicine because it is a rich source of fibre and vitamins, and its consumption is recommended in cases of constipation, diabetes and obesity.
Properties: Soursop/Graviola has diuretic and sedative properties, being also antispasmodic, vermifuge, expectorant, astringent, vitaminizing, anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic.
Traditional Uses: Gastritis, ulcer, obesity, constipation, diabetes, digestive problems, liver diseases, hypertension, depression, insomnia, migraines, flu, vermin, diarrhoea and rheumatism.
Preparation Mode: Place the soursop leaves in freshly boiled water and leave in infusion, in a covered container, for about 10 minutes. Use 1 tablespoon full of leaves for each litre of water.
Recommended dose: 2 to 4 cups per day after meals.
Warning: Soursop should not be taken by people with mouth injuries (thrush) as its acidity may cause discomfort.
It should not be used by pregnant women and infants.
