Artichoke Tea

Ingredients: 100% Artichoke in plant (Cynara scolymus).

Preparation mode: 2 teaspoons for 1 cup of water. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool in a covered recipient and strain. The plant should not be left in infusion for more than 10 minutes, so as not becoming bitter. If you don’t like the pure taste, you can add a few drops of lemon and sweeten it with honey or stevia.

Recommended dose: 3 cups per day before main meals.

Warnings: Consumption of this plant should be avoided by pregnant or lactating women without proper medical advice.

Storage mode: Store in a cool, dry place.
