Ingredients: 100% Rosemary leaves (Rosmarinus officinalis).
Properties: The Rosemary Tea has anti-cough and digestive properties, stimulates the immune system thanks to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Use as infusion: Treatment of whooping cough, antibacterial and digestive.
Use in cooking recipes: Rosemary is extremely aromatic and suitable for seasoning red meats.
Preparation mode:
Water temperature: 100º
Infusion time: 5 – 7 minutes.
Recommended dose: Approx. 2grs / cup.
Dosage: Drink 3 to 4 cups per day, during or after meals.
