Preparation Method

1. Use 2 tablespoons for 1 litre of water.
2. Boil the liquorice root for 2 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, cover, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Strain, allow it to cool slightly, and it is ready to enjoy.

Water Temperature: 100ºC
