Sencha Green Tea

Properties of the Green Tea: One of the substances of tea is theophylline, which helps to dilate the bronchi, improving the respiration of asthmatics. It also prevents the formation of stones in the gall bladder and kidneys, in addition to normalizing thyroid function and regenerating the skin. It decreases cholesterol levels, and preserves the bone density.  It is an excellent ally in weight loss, especially in the fat located in the abdomen.

Water temperature: 70 to 80º

Infusion time: 2 – 3 minutes.

Recommended dose: 1 teaspoon per person. Approx. 2grs / cup.
